Why I Created This:

As a teacher, a therapist and mum, I’ve seen too many families drowning in school anxiety — told to “just persevere” with no real tools for the nervous system. I built this because I wish it had existed sooner. I have worked with children and young people for 16 years and I know what works and what doesn't.
