Many of the parents I work with are capable, thoughtful, and deeply committed , yet living in a constant state of emotional strain. Supporting an anxious, overwhelmed, or neurodivergent child can quietly take over your nervous system, your relationships, your sleep, and your sense of self.

You may have tried courses, strategies, school interventions, or therapy for your child , and still feel exhausted.

Often, this is because the parent nervous system has never been supported.

Private Family Support is not about fixing children or managing behaviour.

How the work happens

We begin by supporting you.

Chronic stress keeps the nervous system in a constant state of alert. When parents are regulated and supported, the family system becomes calmer and more flexible.

From this foundation, we gently address:

  • Anxiety and emotional overwhelm
     

  • School stress or refusal
     

  • Burnout and shutdown
     

  • Neurodivergent nervous systems
     

  • Family dynamics and daily pressure points
     

Child involvement is introduced thoughtfully and only when appropriate.

Private Family Support – 4 Week Foundation

A short, focused period of support to stabilise the parent nervous system and reduce immediate emotional overload.

Investment: £550

Duration: 4 weeks

Includes:

  • Weekly private sessions (parent-led)

  • Support with regulation and emotional containment

  • Bespoke hypnotherapy recording (parent and/or child)

  • Gentle guidance between sessions

  • Calm pacing with no pressure
     

This option is ideal if you feel overwhelmed and need immediate support and grounding.

Private Family Support – 8 Week Programme

A deeper, more spacious period of support for families experiencing ongoing stress or anxiety.

Investment: £950

Duration: 8 weeks

Includes:

  • Weekly private sessions

  • Ongoing parent support

  • Bespoke hypnotherapy recordings

  • Support for school anxiety and daily stressors

  • Thoughtful child involvement where appropriate

  • Between-session support (contained and non-urgent)

  • Time to build sustainable change, not just relief
     

This option allows for greater integration and longer-term steadiness.
